Can someone explain to me how 'Spellweaver Helix' works? Because I don't get it at all!

Ok, Imprint is a triggered ability, and when you play the helix, you resolve it, and remove 2 sorcerys. After you do this, the helix just sits there and waits until you cast a sorcery. Each time you do, the helix looks to see if the sorcery you cast is the same as a sorcery you imprinted. If it is, then you copy the OTHER imprinted sorcery.

So say you imprint Stone Rain and Volcanic Hammer on the helix. If you later cast a stone rain, you will put a copy of the hammer on the stack. If you later cast a hammer, you will put a copy of stone rain on the stack.

Actually, if anyone plays a spell with the same name as one of your imprinted sorceries, the other triggers.  A good web page to go to to look this stuff up is brainburst.com.  The info there says:

If you imprint zero or one card, then nothing happens. [Mirrodin FAQ 2003/10/01]
If you imprint two cards with the same name, it still only makes one copy each time. [Mirrodin FAQ 2003/10/01]
You play the copy while the triggered ability is resolving. [Mirrodin FAQ 2003/10/01]
You do not pay the spell'smana cost and any X in that cost is zero. You do still pay any additional costs that might apply, and may pay any optional costs such as Kicker or Buyback that apply. [Mirrodin FAQ 2003/10/01] [WotC Rules Team 2003/10/06]
If you imprint a split card, Spellweaver Helix will not trigger for it. This is because the spell being played will only have one of the two names, while the imprinted one has both. Thus, there is no match. [Mirrodin FAQ 2003/10/01]
You can't play the copy if an effect would prevent it from being played from your hand. [Mirrodin FAQ 2003/10/01]
If this card leaves play while the ability to make a copy is on the stack, the ability will still make a copy using last-known-information rule. [WotC Rules Team 2003/10/06]
If the imprinted card leaves the removed-from-game zone while the ability to make a copy is on the stack, then no copy will be made. [WotC Rules Team 2003/10/06]
