I try to go to hp instant support and it tells me that I am not connected to the internet, but I am because I am doing everything else on the internet at the same time.

we changed from aol to bellsouth and now we can not recieve messages from hp instant support.  what can we do

becky'squestion is a good question because it does same thing to me or probably to everybody.   my game that i like to play wont run even if i have downloaded &installed the required web driver. what am i missing?

I faced the same problem with RealPlayer.com. I got a popup which indicated that I was not connected to the internet. I was connected and was able to access other sites at that time.
