I have Windows 98SE Operating System using Quicktime for Windows JPEG reformatting any pictures or graphics inside my PC. When I post any of these graphics and a viewer does not have Quicktime installed on their PC, they cannot view the object presented. How does one reformat the existing QT JPEG Format to a standard Windows graphic Format after Quicktime has converted them to JPEG? Is there a tool available for this matter?
