I changed my status from J-1 to F-1 since I was in the US.After I have already studyed 1 semester there, with approved form INS      I-20,  I came back to my home country and I got my F-1 visa rejected. Now I am about to apply for visa one more time but this time by mail. the explanation for the rejection was that I am trying to immigrate. Please tell me if you know what should I do so I can get my visa?
