they are pregnant for 60-63 days or more depending on the litter. the normal cats have at least 4-5 kittens. but it can be less but not more.

it is hard to tell exactly how far along the cat is with her babies unless you know about when she had the opportunity to mate. i have already been through one litter with one cat, though I also didn't know when she got out of the house, and now one of those kittens is about 9 months old now she is now pregnant and is gaining weight pretty fast. as your cat starts gaining weight pretty quickly and her nipples start peeking out more and more, you are at the very least halfway through the pregnency already. they usually give birth at around 9 weeks of first becoming impregnated. i'msorry i couldn't have given you more precise info, but hopefully I did help you a little. good luck and i hope everything works out for you!

just feel along her belly but be careful if your cat is a little snippy!
