If I transfer my H1 visa from one company to another will it anyway effect the status of valid H4 of the dependent taken on the previous H1 of mine? Can she use the same H4 to enter U.S?

i too have same question, my wife is on h4, she is in India, and i am now my new employer has applied for h1 transfer, can my wife who already got h4 stamped with the old employer can come to united states ?? urgent plz send email to sree52@yahoo.com thanks

what is the procedure to transfer h1 from 1 employer to another & how long does it take? should one resign before doing the transfer? or wait for the transfer then resign?

I have valid H1b visa from my X-employer. My X-employer wants to re-hire me. Do they have to file for H1 transfer again??
