how can you find how many yahoo email accounts are on my computer. I have kids and want to know if they have yahoo email accounts I do not know about?

I have someone who is that is sending emails that is stating its from me.  They have used my personal information and i was wondering if there is any way i can tract them.

if you find out how to do this-i would like too know. I think my e-mail gets intercepted by someone else-because i have friends who ask me why i don't answer them-its because i never received them.
