I am on F1 - OPT and it expires in July 2004. I have worked as a Special Education Teacher in a public school in California for the past one year. I have completed the necessary education required for this position. I have a Masters from India and have also been accepted into a Masters program here in America.
I have also been rehired by my school for the next school year. How do I extend my stay? The school district is not interested in doing H1..what about J1 ..need quick answers.
Thanks
