i got married to a Kazakh girl. after almost 7 months of a great Mariage. we were told wife is Deportable. because of J1 visa. She went back home right away. the j1 was issued 2 years ago this month. does she have to stay in her country 2 more years, or 6-7 months she was here with me. she was here first month with b1 visa, and overed stayed another almost 6 months. she went back because we were told after 6 months of visa being expired she would face 3 year bare.  im applying for k3 marriage visa, but dont have any idea how soon to sumit it. please help im loosing my mind without my wife, . thanks. mike
