Ok, here's the deal, your dog is going to be your best friend, and lick your face, and do everything you want it to... but one day it will just SNAP!!!  It's gonna take your head clean off your shoulders with one bite.  Then it will drag your carcass outside and bury it.  Every 72 hours it will dig it back up for a quick snack, but always reburying you before anyone sees.  Then, it's gonna steal your money, credit cards, and checks and head to jamaica, where it will spend the rest of it's life laughing about how easy it all was and how you never saw it coming.  It's nothing but a ticking time bomb!  Better get rid of it while you still have all of your limbs!

But seriously, statistically you are MORE LIKELY TO BE ATTACKED BY A PIT MIX THAN A PUREBRED PIT BULL TERRIER!

No, to me it all depends on how you raise her. Don't raise her to be mean, and she will be okay.

It is known that mixing pittbulls with other breeds could make them more visious but if u train your dog and treat her good she will grow up to be a loyal and gentle dog.pitbulls are loving and intelligent dogs but take a lot of time and effort to train. They only want to please their owners thats why ifthey are trained to attack they will.Never trust your alone with children or other animals because of their aggressive nature.they play very rough.as long as u spend a lot of time with your it will treat humans the same as they are treated

that all depends on the temperment of the american pittbull as the father. a bodie collie usally has a good temperment. just like any owner, training should be the top prioty.

i have a 1 and a half year old, purebred, male american pittbull and he is very sweet. he loves people, but he is dominant, so he doesn't like male dogs.
if you raise your dog to be mean, then she will be mean.if you raise her to be nice, then she will be nice. good luck!

thats ludacris, i own two pittbulls, purebread and there the sweetest dogs ever. never fought or bit any animal or person. its the owners who make them mean.  anyone who tells you otherwise is an idiot. pittbulls are much stronger than other dogs which is why a lot of people fight them and make them mean. you can make any dog mean.
Do the Research. You'll see.

No way. Both collies and pits are great with humans. Pit bulls were bred for dog fighting, and if there was one in the old days that was human agressive it was quickly put down because that was extremely unwanted for that breed. But pits do have a prey drive and might be dog aggressive, so just socialize a lot and you should be fine. Collies have a tendancy to nip at the heels because they herd, but that is easily trainable. Collies aren't naturally dog aggressive so I think everything should balance out fine.
