I am trying to format my primary drive. However when the format command is entered the command displays the following message "another process is using the drive the format is aborted". Ive looked for another process but can find nothing. I would appreciate any suggestions as to how to proceed. The OS that is in use is Windows ME 4.90.3000. I am running a Celeron processor.
