My mother has a purebred Yorkie companion that has an enlarged liver and accompanied by infrequent piddling around the house. Otherwise, her spirits and appetite and health appear normal.  Bloodtests have ruled out Cushing's Disease.  The vets are stymied.  Does anyone have any ideas what might be causing this?  Thanks in advance.

I have no clue if this has anything to do with your problem but my friend once had a dog who would       e constantly and no one knew why. The vets ruled out the possibility of being untrainable so they told my friend every time they let her out to go to the bathroom, to press underneath her legs where her bladder is to get all the       out before re-entering the house. This is harmless to the animal but saves your floors too!
