HOW LONG DO I WAIT TO BECOME PREGNANT AFTER A MISCARRIAGE A MONTH AGO?

IS IT SAFE TO BECOME PREGNANT BEFORE HE ESTIMATED WAITING TIME??

How long do I have to wait to try again after a miscarriage on November 20, 2004. I haven't been yet for my checkup but i am wanting to start trying again. What should I do?
