We had our three year old male lab neutered a few months ago.........our female lab went into heat, and our male still mounted and was 'stuck' inside her. Is this normal after being neutered?  We had thought he wouldn't even have those urges, much less be able to mount her.  Is there a way he could of impregnated her? Thanks!
