I have just started running again after some time away from it (about 6 months). I have been weight training and using the tread mill but not running...Over the last 4 weeks, I have increased my running to 10 km...I seem fine during the run but during the next 2 days, suffer from extreme tiredness. I am not sure how to deal with this. Am sleeping fine but feel bone tired.
