Double-click the Network icon- click Configuration tab.Scroll& find theTCP/IP protocol for COMCAST HIGH-SPEED INTERNET SERVICE ETHERNET NETWORK INTERFACE CARD. highlight PROTOCOL CLICK TO properties. NOW new windows are to open but, do not.why am I unable to open the IP address. It then says error691. What seems to be missing?
