I have a dog, he was a stray, When He came to us he had NO hair except for along his back, he had a rash, thick skin, brown thick areas. Now every year at this time he gets a rash, loses hair, and is very ichy, it is thick brown skin, scratches until he bleeds in some areas, What is it, How to Keep it Away, We tried many different meds. and lotion maybe we not not using right one, Please Help! Claudia
