i have been on restricted calorie diet for months but am now gradually increasing my caloric intake, however i notice that it takes longer for me to become full when i am eating, the more i gradually increase my calorie intake (on a weekly basis) the hungrier for food i become. it takes more food than usually to satisfy me. is this normal?
