according to canadian laws, if your aunt is your legal guardian then she can sign for your piercing.
almost all shops require you to be 14 or older to get a navel piercing (with parental permission), 16 to get facial piercings (without parental permission) and 18 to get genital and nipple piercings.
it also depends on what province you're going to and what studio. the studio that i go to is among the cleanest and reliable and reputable in all of BC and they don't require parental permission for any piercings or tattoos once you're 16 (www.nextbody.com). studios that don't ask for your id or parental permission are not good places to go to, and don't really care for your well being.
