if time lapse photos of constellations at night going east to west show the north or south celestial poles have altered will climactic zones alter, will it take a long time for ground temperature to alter to host the climate usual to the new climate zone.  Will the precession of the poles predicted continue to be pulled back to normal by the moon's magnetic force or will it get stuck somewhere, or go back and forth,  at present I am not sure about my SCP and maybe I am really in Antarctica or where it used to be but the temperature has not changed yet?
