Are you aware that today 6/4/04 there is a bill in the natnl house of representatives for tracking, treatment protocols, drug and prevention etc for tick borne diseases including lyme.  You can contact your rep or senator in DC and insist they support the bill HR4334.  It will allow 1oo million dollars through 2005 to help us overcome this dreadful disease.  My rep Mike Bilirakis of FL is chair of the subcommittee on health where this bill is  his phone is 202-225-5755.   Please call and let us be heard.  Spread the news and thanks, let us get well   sincerely, Ann RN
