I think that if you are aware of the consequences that may occur then yeah. It is your own body and if you like it then it shouldn't matter to any one else. I got mine done in Florida on a band trip.

WELL IM 15 AND I HAVE MY TOUNGE, BELLY, NOSE, AND EARS PIERCED AND I THINK THERE SHOULD BE NO AGE REQIURMENT TO GET PIERCINGS. MY MOM TOLD ME I COULD GET A TATOO FOR MY 16TH BITHDAY. I LIVE IN LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA AND EVERY ONE HAS PIERCINGS OVER HERE I DONT KNOW ABOUT TENNESEE BUT IM SURE BY 16 YOU SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST ONE OF THE PIERCINGS THAT I HAVE.
