We just got a 15 week American bulldog and his front paws at the wrist really bow out.  When he stands they often tremble and if he walks too long they bend to the point that they look broken.  It doens't seem to bother him.  Anyone heard of this?  Will he grow out of this?

Hi

I can see it's been 2 years since this question was posted but i have just bought an american bulldog x with a british bulldog and her paws do exactly what you have described. Has your dog grown out of this or have you had anything done through a vet to rectify it?

Thanks

sorry to say it wont.this is from bad breeding lines for generations in its family tree. the legs will get worse and actually keep your dog back from things.i have an AB a\nd read lots about them.
