I was trained using the fifth and second edition rulebooks and have come across a card i have, called "relic bane". it is an enchanted artifact and i do not know how to use it. How do i use it????

Well, its an enchant artifact. This means that you can only play this enchantment on an artifact. Whoever controls the enchanted artifact is gona lose 2 life each upkeep.

leaden myr, can u use it even if u put a mana already or not, the same question for voult of whispers
