I want to petition for my parents,brother, sister,since my brother,sister is married. Do they have to fill I-130 for each family members.what papers i need to send to the    immigration office.

how long doe's it take to file for a brother or a sister, if you are a citizen of the USA?.

I file i 130 form for my brother .but all his paper those he sent is just copies , not notorized .so it is legal when I take those paper to a lawyer to be translated into english.thanks
