Yes - a 5g/325 mg tablet would be suitable for a 65 lb dog every twelve hours, i.e., twice a day.  The rule is 5 to 10 mg per pound of dogs weight.  To be used for joint pain and inflammation.  Consult a vet if you think you need to administer a dosage greater than 5mg/lb.

I have used Tylenol for my wolf who is very old and I believe she has arthritis. It seems to help her and does'ntseem to bother her. I only use one tablet.
