I have a large den....approx. 30'X 20'.  Hardwood floors...52 inch TV, moderate amount of furniture.  The acoustics are horrible.  One wall with TV and stereo was double insulated and soundproof sheetrock installed......rest of room opens up to kitchen and Dining area....ceilings are 22 feet high......any recommendations for acoustic control to hear the TV without it sound muffled?  Our voices echo in the room as well.
