Can I appeal against a J1 denial? I'm Nigerian and applied in Nigeria.how do i do it?

HONEY WHAT ARE YOU COMMING FOR AND YES YOU CAN BUT I NEED TO NOW WHAT YOUR REASON FOR COMMING TO USA BECAUSE EVER TIME YOU GO TO EMBASSY IT TAKE 100.00 AND THEY LIKE TAKING YOUR MONEY, HAVE YOU STUFF TOGETHER AND HAVE A PLAN BEFORE YOU GO. God Bless you HOPE you get it
