we have RS/6000 44P servers. we are finding problem in power...

we have RS/6000 44P servers. we are finding problem in power management.
1. screen gets locked after some period (about 1hr). user has to again type password.
2. how can i remove power management permanently. it doesn't get disabled even when i turn the Power Management time to 0 (zero).
