I'm a 23 year old male, weight about 225 pounds.  I am having a problem at night, where I wake up and one arm or both are completely numb, and completely useless.  I can't move them, and after I wriggle around to get them in the right position, the feeling comes back and the ability to move them comes back.  But this happens EVERY night, 2 to 3 times a night.  My doctor said losing weight would help, but I have lost weight (I was 240 before) and it hasn't stopped.  Does anyone know if there is some other cause or disease for this?  Is being overweight the ONLY possible cause?  Other than this I am a pretty healthy guy.  If you have some good advice, please email me at tkearins@sunyopt.edu         thanks
