I had a stray dog come into my yard a few days ago (it looks like a Jack Russell Terrier)and when I picked him up he looked like he had been neutered but the area is black and I can't seem to find any information about this.  I haven't seen any lost adds for him and I have gone around my neighborhood to see if anyone lost him but no luck and I would really like to help him.  If anyone knows what it could be Please let me know.

You could take a picture of him and make posters saying Found dog and put your phone # on them. And if nobody claims him keep him or give him to the local animal shelter.
