trigger_hert is an entity in Valve Hammer Editor, and Worldcraft that causes damage to a player.

It is a old halflife command, and is rarely seen anymore, however if someone is killed by falling in counter-strike 1.6 it says in the console "{Person} was killed by trigger_hurt".
