I have just broken up with my lover.  This was the greatest love of my life.  I need a way to break free from my feelings and move on in life.  I had an idea that I would ask my next lover if they would mind if I pretended that they  were my ex-lover the first time we would have sex together, so they could help me bring about closure.  Any thoughts about this?

This is just my opinion but I think you should try and forget about your ex, you still have memories but if you start comparing any new lovers to you ex you might be very disappointed. Have an open mind, No two people are the same, a change in the bedroom might help get over it and you never know it might be even better than what you imagined. I am only 20 years old and have very little experience with relationships but I have just broken up with my first love and I can understand what you are going through.
