I'm in the US with my spouse and children awaiting Labor certification(my husband's company is sponsering him). I want to be with someone else who is in the US with a green card. Is there any easy way of being able to stay in the US and being with this other person legally? If I left my husband I presume I would have to go back to my own country. If that was the case, and I divorced in my own country, is there any way of getting back into the US on a fiancee visa even though the person I want to be with only holds a green card and is not a US Citizen?
