I am 29 years old 5foot6in tall I have 16% body fat and i have never ran tonight i will run my first timed mile how long should this take ? also I am trying to lose 11 pounds and get to 14% bodie fat running 1 mile 4 times a week how long should it take to cut the fat and build stamina ?? or should i consider running further ?? thank you
