My husband and I just recently became the proud parents of a 3 1/2 week old Colby Gator /Old Carver (whatever that means)brindle pup (she is now 10 weeks old and weighs a hefty 22lbs so we saved her luckily!!) She is the light of our lives and just wonderful -- but she is SO mean! I have bought this girl a toy box full of shew toys, and she only seems to want what she cant chew on! This is our first APBT (we had rottweilers in the past, and I still have an 11 year old Rat Terrier).... also, does anyone have any ideas on how to leash train a puppy? LOL She is scared to death of walking on a leash, but she loves to be outside, and she is at the age now where she is exploring to far from home and since we rent, a big fences in yard is not an option :(
