How do I transfer my e-mail addresses or address book from Yahoo to AOL?

I am in the process of changing ISP from Aol to SBC Yahoo But I'm having trouble transfering my address book and bookmarks. Can you help?

Can I Transfer My Mail From Yahoo To AOL?

In Yahoo, it is easy.  In your new account, go to Addresses, then Options, then Transfer Contacts, - all you need is your old user name and password.  You can transfer from AOL, MSN, YAHOO to YAHOO, and many more.  It gives you a drop down menu to chose from.  I hope this helps.
