cant start some of my programs it says " explore exe. has generated errors and will be closed by windows an error log is being created" i have run virus remover defraged and cleaned disc dont know what else to do plssssssssssssss help before i go mad thanks

IS YOUR CPU FAN WORKING GOOD? IF ITS MAKING A NOISE CHANGE IT NOW!!!!!! OUR IT WILL FRY YOUR MOTHERBOARD. ALL SO CHECK YOUR POWERSUPPLY FAN TO TO SEE IF ITS WORKING RIGHT IF NOT IT WILL OVER HEAT YOUR MOTHERBOARD AND MAKE THINGS NOT WORK RIGHT.

simple and best option is to  reinstall  2000
