I'm a US citizen, but am engaged to an Irish citizen who is living in the US with me. He is being detained so we may not be able to get married before he gets sent back. How do I apply for an Irish fiance visa just in case he does?

oh, and I was deported from Scotland last year because that's where the two of us were living before..would that affect my entering Ireland?
