MY 94 concorde acts like it has an alarm, the headlights...

MY 94 concorde acts like it has an alarm, the headlights blink and the motor starts but dies immediately when the engine is warm does not have the problem all the time anyone have any ideas?

If you use the keyless entree to unlock your doors it will start and run ok had the same problem.

I don't have an answer, I just wanted you to know you are not alone.  I am surfing the web looking for answers.  Anyone out there who knows what might be causing this - your time would be very much appreciated.  The mechanics around here don't know what it is.  I can't afford to have the dealers tell me the same - no answers for too much money!
