HI IM ABOUT TO ADOPT A FEMALE DANE AND SHE ALMOST 5 YRS IS IT A GOOD IDEA TO ADOPT A DOG THIS AGE WHEN THE LIFE SPAN IS 7 TO 10 YRS AND WOULD THE NE GOOD WITH MT 2 BOYS 3YRS AND A 3 MONTH BABY AND I HAVE A YELLOW LAB THAT I RESCUE 4 YRS AGO SHES ABOUT 7 YRS THANK YOU I NEED HELP I WANT TO REALLY ADOPT HERE BUT I DONT WANT TO BE HEART BROKEN IF I LOSE HERE IN A YRS OR SO THANKS

Yes you should adopt her. Think of the life she would have if she was left at the shelter. She would be much happier at a loving home. Plus if you take her to the vet and make sure she stays healthy she will live longer.

Adoption is a great idea, most dogs like Great Danes have been dropped off at shelters simply because their owners didnt realize they would get so big. But from my experience adopted pets usually make the greatest companions.

buy it! but slowly introduce to the yellow labrodor so they can get to know each other. though it wouldn't be a good idea for ur kids as they may get knocked over by the dog and get hurt, it's ur decision so choose wisely

I think you shouldn't adopt the dog because dogs you'll probably be a bad parent to the dog just like you are to your children...i hate you so much
