Ontario Electrical Code Safety Hazard Location (ECSH): Is it safe to install the Electrical Main Panel (House) directly underneath (basement) the Powder Washroom toilet bowl under Ontario ECSH.

since there is a chance that the toilet could leak i would like to think that this is not the best place for the toilet to be located

Should GFI receptacles be installed in science classrooms that are located within  one metre from a sink.

building a detached garage and it will be about 80 ft inside a poly pipe. what gauge and type of wire do I need???
