I WILL LIKE SOME ONE TO TELL ME IF IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE A SATELLITE RECEIVER IN CARS, AND STILL GET ALL THE NORMAL CHANNELS.
IF SO I WILL SOME ONE TO FURNSHING ME WITH ANY COMPANY IN THE WORLD THAT CAN HOOK ME UP FOR A BUSINESS IN NIGERIA

  The technical answer is "it is possible", but it would work best if the car never moves.  Every time you turn, you would re-angle the receiver dish.  You could frequently drive by physical obstructions (like buildings).
  The angle issue could be addressed with an omnidirectional antenna, but physical obstructions and weather would still get in your way.  Additionally, omnidirectional antenna are generally much less effective than directional antenna.  (sever loss of quality)

  Power consumption would be an issue, especially if you tried to amplify the signal.  Car alternators will usually generate around 1KW, and use about half of that energy with the headlights off.  You'd want a huge alternator, and a good sized inverter to run the TV, (DVD Player?,) receiver, etc.

  I don't know any company which does this sort of work, but if you can find a garage which specializes in tricking out vehicles, they may be enthusiastic about the idea.
