Does Sulfiric Vapors work with Seismic Assault aka do Enchantment effects that work with spells work with other enchantment effects as one.

Sulfuric only works for spells. Permanents in play generate abilities. Seismic assault is only a spell when you cast the enchantment itself. Once the enchantment resolves it is just a permanent in play. When you use its ability, it is just that, an ability, which is much different than a spell.
