My dog keeps shaking his head and licks everything and starts biting in the air like catching something what is the problem it just started doing this,

These can be signs of a seizure.

my dog....8month black lab does this all the time and is just wanting to play.
she will just stare off and snap at the air or in my direction....it is just hyper and wants attention!

My dog does that too...i thought she was acting so strange sometimes. Does your dog have any other symptoms?
