Where I will get the standard document format  like test plan, test case,Defect report,Acceptance report,testing log,Test report,Release report.

It depends upon the standards of the compnay for example if it is a CMM company it uses a set of format,there is no hard and fast rule or anything written in stone as to a particular format, it depends on the company

We can get all documents format from version control tool.

All documents putup in to these version control tools like VSS, CSV and etc
