Dear Sir
I have the symptoms of asthma.  I am not very sure to what things I am alergic.  My doctor once proposed me Ventide; which I used for some time and then left it.  Now some times I feel the need to use this medicine but I am in Ivory Coast where I cannot find this medicine.  So I have to use Ventoline Inhaler, which helps me relieving the immediate problem of breathlessness but it is not long term.  Can you help me with some alternative? May it be in the form of tablets which I can find here.  Thanks indeed.

If you are comfortable using Ventide you should stick to it. I used to use it for Asthma attacks since I was 4 years old for back home and when I moved to the UK I was given prescriptions for Salbutamol only.
