I've two questions and anwers which I need advise to know which is more appropriate.

1. If you wish to monitor for on-going network attacks such as Blaster/Slammer which of the below would be a better tool?
a. Nessus
b. Netstumbler
c. Etherreal
d. Snort

2. Which is more appropriate to check password strength on NT?
a. L0pht
b. Crack
