I am now having a problem (this is a new onset problem or about 1 week) in which I cannot save animated pictures or signatures as gifs.  They are only saving as bitmaps.  I cannot see animation on my computer of anything NEW made in this time frame. Anything before this week period is showing up very animated. I have tried a variety of things on my computer but to no avail. Others see these same designs as animated colors, sparkles and movement. To me, it is just a dull, one tone view.. colorful yet still. What can I do to get my pics saved as gifs once again?  (The only option I have is the bitmap.... I cannot even type in the word gif now. Very frustrating!)  I hope someone can help me with this delemma.  Thank you!
