Does AOL have any American, English speaking, understandable employees that actually know anything other than how to read off of a cheat sheet & have you do ridiculous time wasting things to resolve a problem that they created in the first place & don't understand or have a clue about ? They should change the name to Wecannothelpyoubecauseourenglishistoobad.
A conversation with an aol tech sounds something like this whatyoname,uninstallyouaol, reinstallyouaol,herecasenumber,callbackifstill no workie okie dokie.

I SOMEHOW ENDED UP WITH Y aol home page coming up in spanish. Can you please correct this for me?

Absolutely agree witchoo man! Racist if you complain, idiot if you don't. How do these people become employed for multi race institution? Notice! English must take written and oral Mexican tests to apply most jobs. Punch #1 if you want Enlish speakin'...OTW stay on line.
